<p>Don&#8217;t be judgmental if you not find anything new here. Its not my fault. I have read and implemented a number of ideas in different businesses that promise to increase the sales. For example, distributing coupons home to home, sms marketing, facebook marketing and also few of the out of the box ideas such as elevator branding, brand activations at schools and distributing promotional items. All these ideas work.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>But what is the Surest way to increase the sales?  The answer is, I believe, only one. The underlying principle is &#8220;Establishing Excellent Customer Relations&#8221;. But how do we do it?</p>
<p>We know that customer relationship is established by the company through your salesmen. So, we have now established a fact that salesmen are the most important resource of the business.  Now, can you imagine super sales from the organization whose sales force is not satisfied or happy with the organization? There might be temporary raise due to the advertisements or other factors but organization certainly cannot grow without the satisfaction and trust of salesmen.</p>
<p>I have seen even 200% of sales growth in just 1 month. It happened due to the satisfaction of sales force.</p>

<p>So here is the answer: The Quickest Way to Increase Sales is to by increasing the motivation level of Sales Men. It happens best when you increase their Commission or Opportunities to earn more from your organization.</p>

<p>Common sense, says that if you have a wonderful product, you will have great response.</p>
<p>Though, we don&#8217;t deny the fact that in order to establish a great brand, you must have a great product but it is not true.</p>
<p>Haven&#8217;t you heard of Coke Blind Taste? Many people believe that Pepsi has a better taste than Coke. Yet they still buy Coke.</p>

<p>Define your Target Market. It is a first step towards marketing. If you do not know specifically to whom do you want to serve, you are on a disastrous track.</p>
<p>There must be one segment of population or your town to whom you are treating. For example, Apple Macintosh is targetting the people who can give high price against the quality.</p>
<p>Head &amp; Shoulders is targeting to population who have Dandruff.</p>
<p>So decide to whom are you targeting &amp; on what basis?</p>

<p>Unfortunately we spend mostly our time (unless we know the difference between urgent and important) what is in front of us. That is What is Urgent.</p>
<p>If you have done a task very effectively but it wasn&#8217;t important to do you wasted your time.</p>
<p>Important things such as Exercise, Learning language or other skills, Planning etc are the things that we must focus on.</p>
<p>One must plan his time and note down the things what he OUGHT TO DO in next one year or one month. It will help us focus on Important things. And will keep us apart from doing things that are urgent but not important.</p>

It’s the voice that has the power to determine what you will be in your future. In my teenage, the conscious was just a theory for me. The hard fact about me &#038; many others is that we only know about ourselves what other people tell us. If someone tells us we are good at Maths &#038; bad at English, we believe them &#038; start loving maths &#038; fall behind in English. If someone tells us we are not good speaker, we believe them &#038; ruin our luck with our hands. We seldom bother to listen to the inner soul resting inside us. My friend who recently got in to a government job, for him to flow with the dirty flow of corruption seems to be the formula of life. Probably he is too occupied by the voices around him &#038; he is not listening to his conscious that is screaming inside him.</p>
<p>What exactly I want to share with you is all about success. That is achieved by following your conscious. I have studied few of the greatest people of the world &#038; I have discovered that the people who become successful fall into two age groups, 1- Become successful in their life at age 40 or above, 2nd who become successful before the age of 25. &#038; I really want you to join the 2nd league.</p>
<p>Well the underlying factor of success for both of the groups is one, and that is Follow your Conscious, Not the Crowd. The people who became successful before the age of 25, they realized earlier the voice of their consciousness at their TEENAGE.</p>
<p>Let me give you an example of a person who is currently the world’s youngest richest billionaire. Yes he is self made world’s richest young billionaire who was always scolded &#038; criticized for his routin.. His teachers &#038; his parents complained for his wastage of time on Internet. Yet he knew what he wanted to do, and he was doing what he loved to do. He is the person who developed a website which is now the 2nd most visited website on World Wide Web.</p>
<p>Any Guesses whose the person is? Facebook owner, Mark Zuckerberg.<br />
Dear youth leaders, discover yourself. Understand the reality that you are unique,. there is no one in this world who has ever existed like you.. The way you think, the way you laugh, the way you talk is different, even the inner voice in each of you is different intensity &#038; of different approach. I can c 30 ppl sitting infront of me, someone conscious is whispering to bring change in someone’s life. &#038; the inner voice of other is saying to become a world’s famous photographer.<br />
No no no don’t get me wrong… Do ask for the guidelines, do ask for the suggestions, do ask for the pros &#038; cons of the things you are going to do, but never let others to write the script of your life.<br />
Remember this, twenty years from now, you will be disappointed by the things you didn’t do, than the things you did. So explore, Dream &#038; discover.<br />
Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don&#8217;t lose faith. I&#8217;m convinced that the only thing that keep the great people going was that they loved what they did. You&#8217;ve got to find what you love. work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven&#8217;t found it yet, keep looking. Don&#8217;t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you&#8217;ll know when you find it. So keep looking until you find it. Don&#8217;t settle.<br />
That’s what world’s scholar says, that’s what Islam says &#038; that’s what the thing I wish I had learn early in my life….. That is …. Follow your conscious, not the crowd. </p>
